Site Labourer Job Description:

As a Site Labourer, you will support site operations by carrying out general labouring tasks such as:

• Assisting tradespeople
• Site clean-up and tidying
• Moving and handling materials
• Basic groundwork tasks

You’ll be working as part of a small team and will be expected to maintain good site etiquette and safety awareness on the factory floor.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in construction or general labouring (minimum 1 year preferred)
• Physically fit and able to work outdoors in all weather
• Reliable, punctual, and a good team player
• No CSCS card required

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday
• 08:00 – 17:00
• Ad hoc assignments with potential for ongoing work based on performance and project demand

Pay: £13.00 per hour

Job Type: Temporary to Permanent (subject to performance and business needs)
