Forde Automotive, a leading provider of car delivery drivers across the UK, are seeking competent and customer-oriented individuals to join their team. Their client, a prominent players in the automotive sector on a national scale.

Job Description:

As a Valeter, you will being working both as an individual and as part of a team, being responsible for cleaning and maintaining the appearance of vehicles on the inside and out to a high standard. Routinely assess vehicles and report and perform minor repairs, scratches and cleaning before using high pressures hoses to clean cars, vans and fleet vehicles.

Valeter Key Responsibilities:

• Valet and detail vehicles to the highest possible standard
• Use cleaning, protective, and restorative agents to enhance the appearance of vehicles
• Ensure health and safety procedures and company policies are adhered to
• Conduct full damage assessments
• Maintain workspaces
• Complete all relevant paperwork
• Carry out internal and external inspections to identify deterioration and damage

Valeter Requirements:

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to handle customer complaints and diffuse difficult situations calmly.
• Applicants must be over the age of 25 for insurance stipulations.
• Valid full driving license held for a minimum of 5 years due to commercial insurance requirements.
• No more than 6 points accepted for minor driving offenses; no DR10s.

Min/Max rate - £12.21ph
