Factory Operative

Forde Recruitment, a leading provider of industrial staff throughout the South Yorkshire area, are proud to announce that they are working alongside on of the UK's leading manufacturers of timber frames.

Our client, based in Sheffield, are looking for factory operatives to join their team on rotating shifts.

Factory operative duties will include:

• Using Hand tools
• Understanding health and safety regulations
• General labouring

Experience using the following equipment would be beneficial when applying for the factory operative role:

• Nail gun
• Chop saws
• Table saws

If suitable, applicants will have the opportunity to receive a permanent contract. a permanent factory operative will receive the below benefits:

• Pay increase
• 15% allowance increase
• Pension scheme
• Private healthcare

Factory operative shift pattern:

• Monday to Friday
• 0600-1400
• 1400-2200
• Applicants must be willing to work shifts
