Forde Recruitment, a leading provider of industrial staff throughout South Yorkshire, is seeking Assembly Operatives for a thermocouple manufacturer based in Sheffield. While prior experience is advantageous, our client is primarily seeking assembly operatives with a strong work ethic and a desire to progress within a forward-thinking company. This role offers the chance to work with cutting-edge technology and be part of a dynamic team.

Assembly Operative Key Responsibilities:

• Perform assembly and testing of thermocouples according to specified guidelines and quality standards.
• Meet strict customer deadlines, ensuring timely delivery of finished products.
• Maintain consistent production output, following established procedures and guidelines.
• Utilise hand tools and equipment effectively and safely to complete assembly tasks.
• Adhere to good working practices, including cleanliness, organisation, and adherence to health and safety guidelines.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets and resolve any operational challenges.

Assembly Operative Working Hours:

• Monday – Thursday 07:30 – 16:15
• Friday 07:30 – 12:00
