Forde Recruitment, a leading provider of industrial staff in South Yorkshire, is currently seeking enthusiastic individuals to join their team as Administrators for their client located in the Rotherham Area.
Administrator Responsibilities:
- Handling call and email enquires and complaints, providing professional and courteous assistance.
- Manage and process payments and bookings
- Collaborate with other office staff to ensure smooth operations and effective communication.
- Work collaboratively as part of a team, fostering a positive and supportive work environment.
- Utilise Excel and Microsoft applications effectively for data management and documentation.
- Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail to maintain accurate records and achieve high-quality outcomes.
- Completion of daily administrative tasks.
Administrator Requirements:
- Ideal candidate must be IT literate and be proficient in using Word and Excel
- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure, manage and prioritise workloads.
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team
Administrator Working Hours:
- Temporary
- Monday - Friday
- 0800-1600
- £12.85 per hour
